Giorgio

GIORGIO is a tribute to our dad’s painstaking precision and extraordinary passion. GIORGIO is characterized by its extraordinary garnet red color, refined aroma with hints of black cherry, licorice with hints of spices, white pepper, coffee and tobacco. The velvety, intense, harmoniously complex taste is enriched with exquisite minerality that persists long after swallowing.

Our classic methods

Our compelling challenge and constant quest for excellence in the Metodo Classico characterizes our wines by the precious aromatic notes, the fine perlage that gives a refined effervescence to the palate enriched by exquisite minerality that elegantly persists after swallowing.

Our Pét-Nat Turdoi

TURDOI is made from Grappello Ruberti grapes harvested by hand exclusively from the estate vineyards. We followed the method of re-fermentation in the bottle (Ancestral method or “wine with the bottom”), which characterizes Turdoi for its intense red fruit notes, refined delicately effervescent perlage and exquisite freshness.

Our Orange wine Patrizia

PATRIZIA is a tribute to the passionate sweetness and extraordinary character of my sister with whom we embarked on our winemaking adventure. It is made from hand-picked Chardonnay grapes from estate vineyards. Prolonged maceration on the pomace is followed by a meticulous aging process in French oak barrels. PATRIZIA features vibrant amber color, elegant olfactory breadth, complexity and refined freshness.

Our Winemaking

The pursuit of excellence inspires our every step in the fascinating art of winemaking. For us, each bottle is a unique and unrepeatable work where the work of the craftsman combines with the rigor of the scientist to enrich itself with the genius of the artist.

Sustainability

Our approach to sustainability anchors itself to the enhancement of traditional savoir faire in the vineyard where we operate by constantly monitoring the dynamics of each vine intervening wisely to ensure that each cluster of grapes expresses its full potential for excellent winemaking.
